Quick facts

• Engagement - Hourly, at‑will contractor
• Schedule - Fully remote & asynchronous (min. 15 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do

• Review and assess AI-generated Go (Golang) code for accuracy, style, and efficiency.
• Write performant Go code for common systems and backend problems.
• Explain your problem‑solving approach and evaluation criteria.

You’re a great fit if

• Fluent in English, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Expertise in Go:
  Knowledge of go routines, channels, concurrency, and package organization.
• 3-5 years of backend or distributed systems experience using Go is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science or related field. Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Bonus:
  Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
