- 3+ years of experience working in a software development team environment
- 3+ years of experience creating applications in an object-oriented environment (e.g., C#, .NET)
- Experience with database objects in relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle) or non-relational databases (e.g., Mongo
DB) - Proficient with version control systems (e.g., GIT, Git Hub, TFS)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS; or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with data streaming and messaging architecture (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit
MQ) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset open to giving and receiving feedback
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic workplace
