MOVEit provides secure collaboration and automated file transfers of sensitive data and advanced workflow automation capabilities without the need for scripting. We’re looking for an experienced software engineer to join our Scrum team in Sofia. In this role, you’ll contribute to building great solutions, help drive design and development decisions, mentor teammates, and foster collaboration. Our team is supportive and open;

In this role, you will:

Drive the Design:
Lead the ongoing modernization of our platform while researching, designing, and implementing new features and enhancements that keep our products evolving.
Write Quality Code:
Produce clean, maintainable code following team standards.
Promote Best Practices:
Influence code quality, processes, architecture, and team culture through reviews and collaboration.
Collaborate Effectively:
Drive communication and alignment within your team, while also coordinating with the parallel development team to maintain consistency and shared progress.
Mentor Others:
Support and guide less experienced team members.
Leverage AI Tools:
Use modern AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enhance team productivity.

Your background:

Solid experience with C# and .NET technologies
Proficiency in front end development using React or Angular
Experience with modern JavaScript or Type Script
Demonstrated experience in robust and secure backend services
Knowledge of networking concepts and HTTP/S communication
Good written and verbal English skills

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

Working knowledge in one or more of the following:
Java, or C++
Experience with REST API design, implementation, and usage
Understanding of file transfer protocols FTP, SFTP
Experience with database design and performance analysis
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops) and SAFe methodology.
