• Fluency in English is a must.
• 3+ years of software development experience with Node.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Type Script; experience with frameworks like NestJS.
• Familiarity with software testing techniques.
• Focus on sustainable development practices.
• Understanding of functional and object‑oriented programming principles.
• Experience with containerized environments such as Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in creating advanced Graph
  
  QL servers.
• Experience in caching for high‑traffic, public‑facing websites.

• Experience with Graph
  
  QL gateways, gRPC, Open Telemetry, microservices, feature flags, and trunk‑based development.
• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and DDD.
• Experience with cloud ecosystems such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with monorepos.
• Passion for developing and maintaining libraries for public use or across teams.
• Backend‑focused mindset with appreciation for product and frontend impact – consider how your work shapes the overall user experience.
• Comfort collaborating across the stack and understanding how backend choices impact the end‑user experience.
