Ignite Tech is transforming quality assurance by embedding Generative AI throughout the QA lifecycle. Our AI tools replicate user interactions, generate detailed test scenarios, and analyze defect patterns, enabling faster releases with fewer bugs.

• Build and maintain AI‑powered test automation frameworks that generate test cases, scripts, and datasets for comprehensive validation.
• Apply Generative AI technologies to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Model user behaviors, load scenarios, and boundary conditions to uncover potential defects before users encounter them.

• Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery and reduce defect rates.

• AI‑first mindset – begin design with AI, not after coding.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA automation capacity.
• Proficiency in Selenium and one of the following languages:
  Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Professional experience applying AI tools to automate QA processes.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms, including Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) position that starts immediately. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
