TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSThe OEF software will be developed and extended using languages and packages chosen for maximum compatibility and flexibility. Primary languages include Java, Python, and Type Script . Packages used include Active
MQ, Mongo
DB, Leaflet, and Com Cat (Comprehensive Catalog) earthquake catalog, and OpenSHA (seismic hazard assessment software). Tests can be written in other languages such as C++.
The contractor must be able to meet in person weekly with staff.
