This is a fully remote opportunity based in the UK.

• Take on a 70/30 hands‑on vs. leadership split – coding, architecting, and mentoring.
• Lead a small, talented team of 2–10 developers in an agile, product‑focused environment (scrum).
• Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform.
• Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features.
• Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent.
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
• Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale.

• A strong full‑stack engineer with deep problem‑solving instincts.
• Comfortable leading technical direction and coaching others.
• Skilled at breaking down complexity into clear actions.
• Emotionally intelligent and great at aligning teams.
• Confident challenging assumptions and navigating ambiguity.
• Motivated to build elegant, scalable, future‑ready solutions.
