Salesforce Developer With Application Support Consultant – Remote (Fulltime)

Position Overview:

The Salesforce Developer with Application Support Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions for both internal and external customers, ensuring high-quality code and customer-facing experiences.

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flow, and other declarative tools.
• Build and maintain customer-facing web interfaces using Experience Cloud, including HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain documentation for solutions, best‑practice guides, and user‑support procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Maintain configuration components such as Custom Objects, Validation Rules, OWD settings, Profiles, Permission Sets, Approval Processes, and Security settings.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding best practices, SOQL optimization, and performance best practices.

• Highly proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
• Deep understanding and hands‑on experience with all aspects of Salesforce declarative customization – Custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, and process builders.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, Aura, Flows for Industries (DPA), REST API, SOQL, Salesforce Platform Events, CDC.
• Experience building customer‑facing, web‑based user interfaces using Experience Cloud; understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Expertise in  Sites, Salesforce Shield, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, SSO, authentication protocols.
• Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I & II).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
