What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Deploy Full‑Stack Capabilities:
  Drive user stories from concept through delivery; clarify specifications, architect scalable systems, implement both backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and release to production.
• Diagnose and Resolve Defects:
  Perform root‑cause investigations on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent future regressions through intelligent test coverage.
• Elevate Code Standards:
  Conduct thorough reviews of technical plans and code submissions to ensure clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt from accumulating.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Craft pixel‑perfect interfaces or intricate backend architectures for complexity's sake alone.
• Execute specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem context.
• Spend excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating across teams.
• Merely deliver features; your accountability extends to solving genuine user problems.

Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities

• Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys rapidly, and remains maintainable over the long term.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production‑grade code for both frontend and backend components of web applications (framework‑agnostic).
• Proven ownership mindset:
  Track record of owning entire modules, product capabilities, or teams—not just executing isolated tasks.
• Self‑directed execution:
  Capability to unblock yourself, manage your own workflow, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Practical experience integrating generative AI into your daily development workflow.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
