WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Architect foundational frameworks for AI‑powered systems that automate complex aspects of software development, including architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding.
- Engage deeply with the latest advancements in AI and software engineering through R&D activities, conference participation, and collaboration with academic and professional networks to evaluate emerging AI technologies.
- Routine code maintenance—regularly updating or debugging existing software code to address minor issues or enhance functionality.
- Standard software development—basic coding or software development activities that involve implementing straightforward features or functionalities without AI integration.
- Apply engineering expertise to significantly increase development speed, reduce human error, and improve code quality, thereby accelerating time‑to‑market for software products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a full‑stack software developer, demonstrating proficiency in both front‑end and back‑end coding.
- Extensive experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
- Successful implementation of Generative AI products/solutions.
- Experience leveraging different LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems.
- Ability to select appropriate LLM models for specific tasks.
- Demonstrated understanding and prior application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
