Senior / Principal Software Engineer (m/f/d – Remote) – Weflow

Weflow's Revenue AI Platform automates Salesforce data capture and provides full visibility into deal, pipeline, and forecast health. 200+ fast‑growing companies such as Retool, Bench Sci, and IDnow use Weflow to improve team productivity, sales performance and revenue predictability. Weflow is backed by Gradient Ventures, Cherry Ventures and other investors, and run by repeat founders Philipp Stelzer and Janis Zech.

As Senior / Principal Engineer you’ll play a key role in shaping how Weflow’s Revenue AI Platform evolves. You’ll lead the development of deep integrations, build complex AI‑driven workflows, and support a rapidly expanding customer base.

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expert‑level proficiency in React + Type Script / Next.js, Node.js, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural distributed computing principles.
• Experience with Dev Ops and enjoyment of doing it.
• Experience working in SaaS product companies.
• Overlap with EU working hours (CET ±2 hours).
