Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to develop next‑generation web‑based application test automation solutions for model‑based systems engineering platforms in the aerospace domain.

Remote

• Contribute to the implementation of robust test automation frameworks.
• Develop test scripts for complex test scenarios in model‑based systems.
• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define and implement meaningful testing metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to test automation engineers.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for test automation frameworks and processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software testing with at least 10 years focused on test automation.
• Proficient in Java programming and TestNG framework.
• Proficient in Selenium/Playwright for web automation and Rest Assured for API testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control systems and issue tracking tools.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• 12+ years of experience in software testing.
• 10+ years of experience in web test automation.
• 8+ years of experience with Java, TestNG, Selenium/Playwright.

• Experience in test automation in MBSE.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with AI/agentic AI for software testing.
• Experience in visual test automation.
• Experience in performance/security testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is desirable.

Base salary range: $72,100 – $169,000. Other compensation may include variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full‑time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) and other benefits.
