The mission of Speechify is to make sure that reading is never a barrier to learning.

Speechify’s text-to-speech products help users turn PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, websites, and more into audio so they can read faster, read more, and remember more. Our products include the iOS app, Android app, Mac app, Chrome Extension, and Web App. Speechify has been recognized by Google as Chrome Extension of the Year and by Apple as App of the Day.

Today, nearly 200 people around the globe work in a 100% distributed setting with no office. We bring together frontend and backend engineers, AI researchers, and others from leading tech companies and startups to build great products.

This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users. We are a flat organization that values leadership through technical excellence and consistent, fast delivery. Work ethic, clear communication, and a focus on winning are paramount.

Our interview process involves several technical interviews, and we aim to complete them within 1 week.
