In this role you will lead the quality assurance strategy for our software products, ensuring reliability and performance. You will work hands‑on with cross‑functional teams to design, automate, and maintain test cases while mentoring engineers to embed a culture of quality.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans with a focus on automated testing for software applications.
• Write, maintain, and optimize automated tests while guiding engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with software development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently.
• Partner with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze, report, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal regression.
• Create and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test scripts and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and methodologies to enhance our QA processes continuously.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing methodologies and quality assurance workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a proven track record in test automation.
• Hands‑on experience automating build, test, and deployment processes.
• Practical experience with automated testing tools such as Browser Stack, Sauce Labs, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Leadership experience:
  Ability to mentor engineers, define QA standards, and drive adoption of best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• High ownership mentality and team‑player mindset with egoless, empathetic collaboration.
• Fluent in English, able to engage in technical discussions.
• Based in the European Time Zone (UTC+0 / UTC+2) to align with our team's schedules.
