As an Engineering Technical Lead, you will make technical decisions that keep the team’s work efficient and aligned with company tools and strategies. You will guide architectural design, mentor teammates, collaborate with product and design, and ensure delivery of high‑quality products.

• Oversee all projects undertaken by the team, determining technical requirements and communicating them to the team.
• Identify risks and devise contingency plans.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to create extraordinary product experiences.
• Work closely with the Team Lead and Product Manager to align the team’s work with product goals and delivery timelines.
• Demonstrate excellence in product‑led software development.
• Develop software architecture required to implement the team’s features, meet their objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Provide software development expertise to team members via pair programming and code review.

• 10+ years of software development experience with Node.js and Type Script.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Postgre
  
  SQL, backed by strong database fundamentals.
• 2+ years as a Tech Lead or Systems Architect.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Highly accountable, with a track record of building lasting relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Strong understanding of architectural design patterns.
• Familiarity with test‑driven development.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS, concurrency, and parallelism concepts.
