Workstate is hiring a Senior Backend Developer! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust backend systems that drive our applications and services. If you are an experienced developer passionate about building scalable backend solutions and delivering high-quality code, you’ll be a great fit for our team.

We are looking for someone who can engage with and motivate our clients while diving deeply into backend development and envisioning future enhancements. Our consultants are quick on their feet and committed to driving quality results for our clients.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go
• Strong experience with backend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Django, .NET)
• Hands‑on experience with databases (both relational and No
  
  SQL) and data modeling
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
