Software Engineer; AWS​/Azure

• Build custom solutions for partners to grow their business portfolio and enhance customer satisfaction
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand their needs and effectively demo technical solutions
• Define and implement a comprehensive architectural roadmap for the EnCompass platform
• Take end-to-end technical responsibility for delivering work related to initiatives, from requirements to deployment
• Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions to foster technical excellence

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 1 year of experience using relational data stores (MS SQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, or other SQL servers)
• Expertise in rapid development and deployment using cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements in cloud and data environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration

• Experience building applications in the finance space, such as credit card products or payment processing
• Familiarity with technologies such as C#/.NET Core, Golang, or modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams
• Understanding of internal/external web services and APIs
