• You will be the eleventh engineer in the ML team, working alongside great talent from various backgrounds.
• You will have full ownership of your ML work streams when applicable or work with teammates on big topics.
• You will master the whole pipeline, from training models to putting them into production and monitoring their performance.
• You will work on new features, new applications, and some 0 → 1 solutions.
• You will get fast feedback from our users and iterate quickly, making decisions based on product usage.
• You will work within a small multicultural team composed of ~75 passionate, friendly, and committed folks.

• 3+ years of experience with PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or Jax, and a willingness to keep working with PyTorch.
• Deep experience with diffusion models, either trained from scratch or practiced deep surgery beyond their original pre‑training.
• Pragmatic, favoring speed of iteration over perfection, and leveraging frameworks and libraries to avoid reinventing the wheel.
• Experience building products that require complex architectures.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative, comfortable making product and technical decisions.
• Experience working in a fast‑growing startup as part of a talented team.
• Curious, comfortable explaining or learning depending on the situation; the team values knowledge sharing and humility.
• Fluent in English (French is not required).
