• Architect and develop distributed systems to support growth initiatives

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in architecting and developing solutions for ambiguous problems with significant impact
• Strong passion for building an open financial system that fosters global connectivity
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs
• Experience managing project priorities and deadlines effectively

• Experience with rapid company growth from a small to a larger engineering team
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum
• Experience in decomposing large monoliths into microservices
• Proficiency in Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres
• Previous work on financial, high reliability, or security systems
