Senior PHP Developer Poland - Remote

Joining INGENIOUS.BUILD means embarking on an incredible journey to create the first cloud application for managing the entire lifecycle of a real estate construction project.

We’re looking for a Senior PHP Developer who loves coding, solving interesting problems, and being part of something truly impactful. The role is remote, highly collaborative, and focused on building a product that many consider the holy grail of construction project management.

• Build and maintain the platform using PHP 8.3, Laravel 11 and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Write clean, testable code and reduce legacy code by adding unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests.
• Take ownership of modules in a modular monolith – define facades, adapters or events to keep strong boundaries.
• Collaborate with the Dev Ops team to maintain CI/CD pipelines (PHPStan, PHPCS, automated deployments).
• Continuously improve the codebase, adding tests, simplifying logic and ensuring maintainability.
• Participate in design discussions, challenge assumptions and shape solutions that deliver business outcomes.

• Communicative English at B2 level or higher.
• Extensive experience building scalable applications, ideally with large‑scale SaaS systems such as CRM, CMS or ERP.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
• Deep experience in modular monolith and layered architecture.
• Strong focus on framework‑agnostic, clean and maintainable code.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (e.g. PHPUnit) and robust testing strategies.
