Qualifications- 8+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test, Software Developer, or similar role.
- 5+ years of experience in Java‑based automation.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
- BS in Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Selenium, or other languages.
- Experience enabling teams with high quality testing practices such as CI/CD and Pushon Green.
- Proficient in mobile and web application testing, test framework maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to identify and analyze root causes of complex bugs in your own and others' code.
- Knowledge of TestNG;
Appium experience is a solid plus. - Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for mentoring others and growing careers.
- Ability to work independently and guide team members and stakeholders on automation testing.
