You will bejoining the team that designs, builds, and scales machine learning systems powering personalisation and customer engagement atalarge scale. This isanopportunity towork on production-ready MLpipelines, real-time decision-making systems, and experimentation frameworks that directly impact millions ofusers.

• Developing pipelines that transform behavioral, demographic, and contextual data into real-time features.
• Designing APIs and services for low-latency prediction and decision-making.
• Implementing frameworks for A/B testing, exploration/exploitation strategies, and model evaluation.
• Working closely with product and engineering teams tobalance engagement, business value, and compliance.
• Establishing monitoring, logging, and retraining workflows to continuously validate and improve models.

• 5+years ofapplied
  
  ML engineering experience (recommendation systems, personalization, ranking, orads).
• Strong background in Python and/or Go, SQL, andML frameworks such asTensor
  
  Flow orPyTorch.
• Experience deploying real-time MLsystems (low-latency serving, feature stores, event-driven architectures).
• Familiarity with cloud
  
  ML platforms (Vertex AI, Sage Maker, orsimilar).
• Experience with data warehouses (Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Understanding ofmulti-objective optimisation and trade-offs inpersonalisation.
• Ability tothrive inafast-paced, startup-style environment

• Experience inmartech, adtech, CRM, orlarge-scale consumer personalisation.
• Exposure tobandit algorithms orreinforcement learning.
• Prior work onsystems serving millions ofusers atscale.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
