Java/ABAP Software Engineer in Identity and Access Management team

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a clear cloud focus to join our team and help us achieve our mission. If you like the idea of becoming part of an international team, taking responsibility from day 1 and boosting the team's performance with your ideas, you will design, implement, and test new microservice-based cloud applications.

Develop robust, scalable, and performant applications leveraging cloud-native best practices, patterns, and components.

• Support and maintain existing ABAP code base (up to 20% on average)
• Collaborate and align with other teams in the unit
• Regularly evaluate the services we develop for performance and cost optimizations
• Identify and suggest learning opportunities, proactively and continuously share knowledge with peers and the team
• Support the product team and development teams in ensuring standards compliance

• Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience
• Knowledge of Java or ABAP programming language
• Willingness to learn ABAP bugfixing (in case you do not have knowledge of ABAP)
• Familiarity with cloud development principles like CI/CD, Agile and SCRUM techniques
