• Iterate on features using Scala and React in an agile manner
• Build core systems within a microservices architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature development

• Write testable code that performs and scales effectively

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and architectural decision impacts
• Prior cloud experience and familiarity with Scala and/or React
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and handle ambiguity
• Experience in UX design, using tools like Figma
• Prior experience in travel or eCommerce sectors

• Proficiency in implementing leading industry techniques and technologies
• Experience working fluidly with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Frontend Engineers
• Demonstrated passion for quality and writing maintainable code
