What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the evolution of the frontend platform, driving architectural decisions for scalable experiences
  • Architect and implement complex user interfaces, ensuring standards for accessibility and performance
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to design and enhance platform capabilities
  • Provide technical leadership across cross‑functional teams, influencing product direction and technical roadmaps

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with expertise in React and modern SSR frameworks (Remix, NextJS, etc.)
  • Expert‑level understanding of Graph

    QL architecture, including schema design and performance optimization
  • Proven track record of delivering accessible and scalable frontend solutions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing technical decisions across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced knowledge of testing strategies and tools (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress)
  • Extensive experience designing and optimizing build and deployment pipelines for developer productivity
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling frontend architectures that support rapid growth
  • Track record of mentoring junior and mid‑level engineers in technical skills and career development
