We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React and Next.js

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and analytics to experiment, measure, and scale high‑impact changes across user experiences and checkout flows. This is an ideal role for frontend engineers who are not only passionate about building modern, scalable UI — but also energized by experimentation, data, and impact at the intersection of health and technology.

• Develop performant, modular applications using React, Next.js, and Type Script, backed by a robust and evolving Design Language System (DLS).
• Use AI‑first tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, AI‑assisted code search, and automated refactoring) to radically accelerate day‑to‑day development and maximize creativity.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to implement experiments including A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalization strategies.
• Continuously optimize site speed, user journeys, and overall web performance to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Help define and promote AI‑enhanced coding practices, integrating intelligent tooling into our dev workflows, CI/CD, and code review culture.
• Ensure high‑quality output through automated and AI‑assisted testing, error monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to deliver full‑stack features that delight our users and support healthcare innovation.

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.
• Advanced proficiency with React
