Senior Full Stack Developer Kotlin / Java (gn)

Bikeleasing-Service Deutschland invites an experienced developer to shape our technology ecosystem during a transformative journey.

Design and implement new services in Kotlin (Backend) and React (Frontend). Modernise legacy systems (PHP) and migrate critical business processes to a service‑oriented architecture with Kotlin/Spring Boot. Architect scalable solutions, enforce clean code, conduct reviews and coach team members in agile environments.

• Develop Kotlin/Spring Boot services and React frontend components.
• Modernise existing PHP monoliths and migrate them to micro‑services.
• Architect scalable and sustainable API landscapes.
• Maintain high code quality: testability, maintainability, code reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (CTO, Tech Lead, Product Owner) and coach team members.

• Several years of software development in Kotlin or Java with initial Kotlin exposure.
• Solid knowledge of Type Script and frontend frameworks (React preferred).
• Deep understanding of modern architecture designs, Domain‑Driven Design and practical application.
• Experience refactoring large applications and modernising legacy systems.
• Familiar with distributed systems, cloud services (AWS) and micro‑services infrastructure.
• Pragmatic problem solver who balances technical excellence with business requirements.
