- Manage pipelines, environments, and oversee key deliverables to ensure successful sprint commitments
- Present technical demos and sprint reviews, showcasing completed API methods and automated processes
- Track daily progress, ensure understanding of acceptance criteria, and find opportunities to increase team capacity and velocity
- 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects, including managing Dev Ops pipelines
- Demonstrable proficiency in at least two of the following: building user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, or administering databases/cloud/servers
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, particularly React, with a strong ability to build responsive user interfaces
- Extensive experience in building scalable server-side applications using Node.js and understanding RESTful API design
- Experience in presenting to client stakeholders and mentoring junior team members
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of business outcomes impacted by development projects
- Experience with ad-hoc collaboration and structured code reviews in a mentorship capacity
- Familiarity with Type Script for enhanced code quality and maintainability
