In the Parent Success Partner position, you will take ownership of the parent relationship. Rather than waiting for issues to surface through a support portal, you'll initiate contact, establish trust from the beginning, and maintain close engagement with families to identify concerns before they grow. You'll acknowledge achievements, support parents during uncertain moments, and transform meaningful relationships into sustained retention and active advocacy.

• Addressing parent inquiries and concerns through email and chat with responsiveness, empathy, and precision
• Recognizing student achievements and growth through thoughtful, individualized outreach
• Enabling connections among GT families to build community and encourage advocacy
• Collecting parent input and communicating key insights to leadership for program enhancement
• Developing, updating, and refining parent-facing support materials and knowledge base documentation

• Remaining in a support queue passively waiting for incoming requests
• Following scripts or depending on inflexible response formats
• Delivering technical support or diagnosing platform issues
• Operating independently—you'll work closely with Academic Advisors and program leadership
• Viewing families as tickets or metrics—each parent represents a genuine relationship

Develop proactive, trust-centered relationships with parents that strengthen family retention and advocacy, ensuring families experience authentic partnership in their child's educational journey.

• A minimum of 1 year in customer success, account management, or community engagement roles
• Hands-on experience in educational settings or direct work with students and parents
• At least 1 year managing digital communication channels (email, chat, or support platforms like Intercom, Help Scout, or Zendesk)
• Proven capability to compose clear, personable, and professional messaging
• Confirmed ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously using systematic tracking approaches
• History of initiating relationships proactively rather than only responding to inbound needs
• Confident working in a remote environment and engaging through asynchronous communication

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
