About youAs a ASB Case Officer you will bring to the role:
- Conduct thorough investigations into reports of anti‑social behaviour.
- Collaborate with various partners and agencies to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Engage with the community to understand their concerns and needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of cases.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and address anti‑social behaviour.
LASBT is a shining example of effective partnership working, bringing together staff from Leeds City Council and West Yorkshire Police in a co‑located, multi‑agency setting. Our team operates across three geographical areas, collaborating with a wide range of partners and agencies to address and resolve issues of anti‑social behaviour.
As an ASB Case Officer, you will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving reports of anti‑social behaviour. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a safer, stronger community for the people of Leeds.

- The post holder will work within the Leeds Anti
- Social Behaviour Teams, having a remit to investigate and coordinate appropriate actions to resolve complaints of, and reduce incidents of, anti‑social behaviour and harassment across the Leeds City Council area. - The post holder will engage in multi‑agency partnership working, developing and actively participating in targeted initiatives that directly contribute to the delivery of the Council’s approach to addressing Anti‑Social Behaviour issues.
- The post holder will support the ongoing review and development of anti‑social behaviour operational procedures to both improve and promote the service provided by the agencies to all communities across the Leeds City Council area.
