About the role
Do you want a role where your decisions directly improve the safety and wellbeing of adults at risk? As a Safeguarding Officer
, you will respond to new concerns, carry out enquiries under the Safeguarding Act (IOM) 2018, assess risk and shape clear Protection Plans. You will guide adults through complex situations, keep their voice central to every decision and work with multi agency partners to achieve safe, meaningful outcomes.
This role lets you use your safeguarding knowledge, analytical skills and ability to build trust with people in challenging circumstances. You will join a small, specialist team that values communication, respect and innovation, and you will have the chance to grow your expertise within a service that is evolving across Social Care, Health and Police.
