This role is not about selling a school. It's about building trust with families as they navigate one of the most consequential decisions they'll ever make. Alpha enables students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, freeing time to develop real-world capabilities such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. With 25 new campuses slated for launch by the close of 2025, each expansion begins with one critical touchpoint: the admissions experience.

That's your responsibility. This is a bespoke, concierge-level engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional process or a series of scripted interactions. You will shepherd the complete admissions journey for your assigned families from initial contact through final transition, providing exceptional service throughout. Your work includes qualifying prospects, supporting families through their evaluation, and deploying AI tools to handle administrative tasks so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

• Overseeing the complete admissions journey for your designated families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
• Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
• Serving as the central contact for all parent interactions, scheduling coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a concierge-level experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
• Utilizing AI solutions and CRM platforms (such as Hub Spot) to rank priorities, automate outreach sequences, and minimize repetitive tasks.

• Depending on scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discretion, refinement, and interpersonal acuity.
• Becoming mired in bureaucracy — you will not be constrained by multi-layered approvals or dependent on others for execution.
• Outsourcing relationship ownership — you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

• 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
• Documented success managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• CRM proficiency (preferably Hub Spot) and experience orchestrating multi-phase journeys from lead through closure.
• Confirmed ease with AI tools, automation, and workflow prioritization.
• Established ability to execute details without error — encompassing documentation, follow-ups, and CRM maintenance.
• Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.

• Knowledge of Alpha's educational model or demonstrated commitment to education reform.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
