Position: Fidelity Reviewer (PUBL EDUC SPEC 4)

Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Director of the Resource Center for Family Focused Practice (RCFFP), the Fidelity Reviewer conducts fidelity assessments and data analysis to evaluate provider and county adherence to the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) model under California’s BH-CONNECT initiative. The position is responsible for conducting document and case file reviews, observing team processes, and compiling fidelity reports that inform statewide quality improvement and fidelity monitoring efforts.

The Fidelity Reviewer collaborates closely with Fidelity Coaches to ensure findings are translated into practice improvement strategies and supports the statewide Center of Excellence in meeting fidelity benchmarks.

Recruitment Period

Applicants will be screened after two weeks; and then on a weekly basis. The position can be filled prior to the removal date.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Required to hold a valid California driver’s license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing services within a High Fidelity Wraparound program serving children, youth, and families.
  • Project management experience to oversee multiple, concurrent projects of a complex nature, to establish and adjust priorities, and to develop a course of action, monitor plans, ensure timely completion, review and evaluate results. Experience working independently, organizing own work, establishing priorities, developing a course of action, monitoring the plan, reviewing and evaluating results.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings, workshops or trainings. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse constituency of child welfare professionals and allied professions and internal clients.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite for Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), databases and business tracking systems.
  • In-depth understanding of fidelity frameworks and data-driven continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in social work or psychology
  • Experience conducting fidelity reviews or program evaluations for behavioral health or child welfare programs
  • Experience with the DART, TOM, or other fidelity assessment tools used in Wraparound practice.
  • Experience in quality assurance, fidelity monitoring, and identifying and evaluating program needs and data interpretation skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and report preparation for diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of continuous quality improvement and implementation science frameworks.
