Permanent, Part Time – 22.2 hours per week (3 days)

About

The Role

At South Yorkshire Housing Association, we provide housing and support services across South Yorkshire to help people settle at home, live well and realise their potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with excellent housing services and support; manage a patch of properties, reporting to one of the Neighbourhoods Team Leaders
  • Work in a specialised team managing cases of anti‑social behaviour, safeguarding, tenancy and estate management; identify further opportunities to engage with our customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other teams, departments and external agencies to deliver high‑quality housing services
  • Work in the communities where we manage housing in addition to working from home, following a hybrid working approach
Who You Are
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a real team player
  • Reliable under pressure, organised and able to plan and prioritise workload effectively
  • Attentive to detail and an excellent problem solver who can transform negative situations into positive outcomes for customers
  • Experienced in managing difficult situations, staying calm under pressure and demonstrating consistently high levels of resilience
  • Possessing experience or understanding of partnership working/stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality housing services
  • Ready to bring life experience and transferable skills to the role, where relevant
