Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the CP & Complex CIN Team for City of Westminster.

Qualified Social Worker - CP & Complex CIN Team - 37.52 p/h Umb

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Child Protection cases, including strategy discussions, Section 47 enquiries, and core group meetings.
Manage a protected caseload of 8-12 families to deliver high-quality statutory interventions.
Undertake complex Child in Need work, including cases involving extra-familial harm and CSE.
Manage court proceedings and prepare high-quality statements and care plans.
Attend and contribute to CP Conferences, CIN meetings, and multi-agency safeguarding meetings.
Conduct robust risk assessments and implement effective safety planning.
Record all case activity accurately and promptly using Mosaic.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.

Working Pattern:
Office-based (home working considered on a case-by-case basis)

Pay Rate:
37.52 per hour Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
Social Work England Registration
Significant experience within Child Protection and court work
Strong risk assessment and analytical report writing skills
Experience using Mosaic or ability to adapt quickly
Diligent, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
