NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Fostering charities in Leicester to help them find a Supervising social worker, full-time.

This is a National Fostering organisation that is well-established and can offer great career development and benefits. They are a home-based workforce and they offer many benefits that support your work/life balance. Families primarily live in Birmingham (up to Cannock) across to Leicester area. There will be travel involved to see the carers every 4-6 weeks.

You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.

Responsibilities of the Supervising social worker:

Offering monthly support and supervision to foster carers
Updating assessments of current carers
this role does NOT require the social worker to complete form FsRequirements:

Must be a driver and have access to own car

Must have recent experience working as a fostering social worker, either within local authority or IFA
