[Customer Support / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $21.65 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k / PTO - As a Customer Service Correspondent at PETA, you will:
Reply to comments and direct messages on PETA Kids' and Teach Kind's various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Threads, and more, to help keep our audience and others engaged and thinking about the animal liberation message;
Respond to emails and phone calls to Teach Kind and PETA Kids on a range of topics;
Coordinate mailings to kids, parents, and educators in response to their requests for materials;
Maintain Teach Kinds customer relationship management software
