Foster Care Supervisor

Average salary is $61,609.60 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

We are looking for a full‑time Supervisor to add to our Foster Care team! All you need is an advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field. Experience in child welfare is preferred.

As a supervisor, you will oversee foster care workers and support these workers who work with children and families so children can return to their families or be adopted. Supervisors work with foster care workers and the Department of Children and Families to ensure families are getting the support and services they need to help children live happy and healthy lives.

• Oversee foster care workers.
• Support workers in providing care to children and families.
• Collaborate with the Department of Children and Families to ensure families receive necessary support and services.
• Help foster care workers build on strengths to support families and children.
• Advocate for children and families within the organization.

• Advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field.
• Preferable experience in child welfare.
• Compassionate, managerial skills, and desire to help staff become strong advocates for children and families.
