Responsibilities- Engage with children and families with additional needs, spending time with them and learning new skills every day.
- Manage paperwork, panels, planning, policies and procedures while remaining focused on supporting children’s life chances.
- Use Magic Notes and other AI tools to reduce administrative time, allowing more creative and client‑centred work.
- Collaborate with a stable management team that cares, is approachable, supportive and wants to develop your career.
- Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
- Substantial experience working with children and families in social work.
- Access to a vehicle is an essential requirement.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box to achieve best outcomes for children with additional needs.

We may consider offering Skilled Worker visa sponsorship to suitably qualified overseas social workers who are already residing in the UK. Applicants must hold a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. Sponsorship will be assessed as part of the recruitment process. This is only available to candidates currently living in the UK.

SalaryThe salary range for this role is £37,280 to £41,771 per annum.
