Overview
Greene Resources is seeking a Researcher to join a growing and dynamic team.
Position Details- Position: Researcher
- Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
- Pay: $19/hour
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience, is required.
- Type: Full-time;
Contract - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Contact medical providers via telephone to collect medical record-based data.
- Perform data entry tasks in a fast-paced, goal-oriented production environment.
- Navigate an electronic case management system while on the telephone.
- Identify points of contact for medical providers and clearly communicate the importance of project participation.
- Send and confirm patient authorization forms before collecting data.
- Conduct all data collection tasks according to approved research protocols.
- Identify and communicate barriers to achieving goals with appropriate supervisors and try to apply new solutions to gain cooperation.
- Review and process a high volume of records efficiently and effectively.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.
- Proven telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to interact comfortably and professionally with a variety of people, including on the telephone. Employees must have the ability to maintain a consistent level of professionalism in all areas of employment.
- Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders successfully on the telephone.
- Excellent computer skills and experience maneuvering between multiple programs/systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management and the ability to work independently as required.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development, including participation in additional, on-site trainings after the initial project training when required.
