Overview
We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team. If you have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with at least two years of experience in the human services field, or a master’s degree in a human services field, we want to hear from you! We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role.
Average hourly rate is $23.25 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
Responsibilities- As a Foster Care Worker, play a vital role in supporting children and families, ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments.
- Teach essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with at least two years of experience in the human services field, or a master’s degree in a human services field.
- Passion for helping families and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
