We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our Children, Young People and Families team to deliver whole-family work and one‑to‑one work with children, young people and parents in a variety of settings including family homes, schools, youth and community settings.

Are you inspired by playing an important role in changing people’s lives? Do you have experience of working to holistically address identified needs of children/young people aged 0‑19 in paid or voluntary capacity and a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent?
