You will bring strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload effectively. You’re comfortable attending meetings, contributing to care plans, and keeping accurate records in line with policies and legislation. Your communication skills—both written and verbal—will be excellent, and you can build trusting relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
