Overview

Life Stance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, including clinics nationwide and through telemedicine. We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating children and/or adolescents and must be independently licensed in the state of Kansas.

Position:
Onsite-hybrid, for our brand-new Wichita, KS office. Quick credentialing with a target March start timeframe.

• Provide therapy to child and adolescent populations (ages 4-11) and/or across the lifespan
• Collaborate with a team in a collegial work environment
• Deliver high-quality mental health treatment in an outpatient setting with no required call, nights, or weekends
• Leverage full administrative support to focus on clinical care
• Utilize the latest digital technology to enhance patient care

• Independently licensed in the state of Kansas (LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT)
• Experience with children and/or adolescents or across the lifespan
• Ability to work from home with a secure internet connection and private space; comfortable with basic troubleshooting

• Competitive earning potential with range reported as $75,000–$104,000+ annually
• Annual incentive bonus plan
