Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at Wormack Inc. The LSW will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to the individual, group, and community. This is a hybrid role, meaning the candidate will be based in Connellsville but will have the flexibility to work from home for some tasks.

Qualifications

• Current LSW license
• Experience in providing psychotherapy
• Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy and compassion for others
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are beneficial
