* ** Our team and what we’ll accomplish together:
** In this remote position, you'll provide expert telephone-based career counselling services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), helping clients navigate career transitions, identify their strengths, and achieve their professional goals.

* What You Will Do:

*** Career Guidance Counselling.
* Conduct comprehensive career strengths assessments to help clients identify their professional capabilities.
* Provide structured frameworks for resolving career planning challenges and making informed decisions.
* Deliver expert guidance on effective job search strategies and techniques.
* Support clients in establishing realistic and achievable career goals.
* Provide short-term career counselling or employment counselling to individuals primarily over the telephone.
* Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model.
** Assessment and Interpretation:
*** Administer professional orientation and aptitude assessment tools.
* Interpret test results to explore potential career paths with clients.
* Provide structured self-assessment frameworks for client exploration.
** Client Support:
*** Deliver short-term career and employment counselling primarily via telephone.
* Guide clients through strategic planning and goal achievement processes.
* Offer support within the terms and conditions of each client's EAP agreement.
** Administrative Excellence:
*** Efficiently manage all administrative requirements in accordance with EAP model standards.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
* Ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards.

* What You Bring:

*
* • Bachelor's Degree in career counselling, guidance, or related field.
• Professional certification in career counselling or guidance.
• Full membership in good standing with the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ).
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Minimum 3 years of post-bachelor's graduate experience in career counselling.
• Proven experience working with adult and student populations.
• Demonstrated expertise in administering and interpreting professional aptitude assessment tools (Level B certification required).
• Fluency in French is a mandatory requirement

*** Reliable home office setup with private, confidential workspace.
* Professional phone and internet connectivity.
* Ability to maintain client confidentiality in home environment.
