  Experience:
  
  Conduct a wide range of assessments including Form F, Form K, and mainstream initial visit assessments.

• Conduct friends and family viability assessments, Form K assessments, mainstream initial visit assessments, and Form F assessments with precision and care.
• Deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant assessments in line with fostering regulations and national minimum standards.
• Collaborate effectively with carers, families, and team members to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records and reports.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Balance office and home-based responsibilities efficiently within a hybrid working model.

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant fostering or child protection experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to operate effectively in a hybrid working environment.
