Your role will involve working with people of all ages, providing mental health support within a primary care setting. You’ll be offering specialist assessments, developing care plans, and supporting patients and their families in what can often be really challenging times. To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have a recognised Social Work Qualification and be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
