My client in Cambridgeshire is seeks Children's Social Workers for their Family Support & Safeguarding Teams in Huntingdon and Wisbech

Permanent | Full-Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £40,735 - £43,516 per annum

You'll work with children and families at pivotal moments, supported by experienced colleagues, manageable caseloads, and a service that genuinely values good social work practice.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

A degree in Social Work (or equivalent)

Registration with Social Work England (SWE)

Experience or strong interest in children's safeguarding and family support

At least 1-2 years post qualification experience

A commitment to high-quality, child-centred practice

Salary range: £40,735 - £43,516

Retention payments to reward your commitment:

After 1 year: £1,018 (2.5%)

After 2 years: £3,055 (7.5%)

After 3 years: £4,074 (10%)

Total over 3 years: £8,147

Then £1,500 annually thereafter
