The Intensive In‑Home Services Program provides support to families involved in the formal social services system due to concerns such as abuse, neglect, truancy, or delinquency. The goal is to:

• Preserve family units
• Prevent or reduce out‑of‑home placements
• Promote reunification of families

• Provide direct services and support to youth and parents through home and community visits
• Maintain regular contact with clients and collaborate with their service teams
• Model and teach parenting and life skills
• Connect families to community resources
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided
• Work in a variety of settings, including homes, office, and community locations

• Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other related field.
• Experience working with youth or families preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
